Got a new Nikon D40x to bring for a short trip over to Australia, which I deemed to replace my aging, 7 year old Sony F717. It's got a real nice dynamic range, and its a near-perfect camera for me. If I get bored enough (doing some PyQt stuff, as well as continual Houdini learning) - I'll do a writeup of the advantages of a RF vs D40x vs 30D (my sis's camera :P )
